This guide explains how to use the right-click popup menu in the Field Mapping box to map script data fields to your database fields using the [script-field-name]=>{DATA-FIELD-NAME} syntax. Covers selecting script fields, choosing the Assign To operator, picking the target database field, and saving or loading a mapping file.
The field mapping definition tells Organizer Advantage how to save data from the web search results in your data file.
The right mouse click on the field mapping box opens a popup menu with three types of commands:
Mapping syntax:
[script-field-name]=>{DATA-FIELD-NAME}
example:
[title245]=>{TITLE}
Click with the right mouse button on the Mapping box to display popup menu. Select Scrypt Fields, then select title245, the selected field will be listed in the box.
Display the popup menu and select Assign To.
Display the popup menu and select TITLE.
Continue with other data fields from the script and the table. Click Save to save the mapping into the file. Click Load to load the previously saved mapping file.
