Tabbed Toolbars / Main

The MAIN toolbar gives you quick access to the most often used commands: load database, open table, print new or predefined reports, print new or predefined labels, view or print HTML reports, display predefined views, display predefined statistics, or access predefined tasks.

Database (1): loads different database to the application. A database is a collection of tables. Databases are created in the Designer. The light version of the program supports only one database system. Multiple databases are supported by Advantage Pro version.

Table (2): loads different table to the application. Only tables from the selected database are listed.

Reports (3): gives you quick access to the report feature, you can create a new report for the currently loaded table, or you can quickly select a previously predefined report.

Labels (3): gives you quick access to the label print feature, you can print new labels for the currently loaded table, or you can quickly select a previously predefined label report.

HTML Report (4): opens the Print Customized Documents window, use this feature to print customized reports. For example you can combine text, images, and data from table and print letters, invoices, directories, catalogues,

Statistics (5): opens the Statistics window with the selected statistics.

Views (5): opens the Custom Views window with the selected view.

Tasks (5): executes the selected task.
