How to create equipment catalog with items names, barcode numbers and images for easy equipment verification and processing?
If you don't want to stick labels to your items we suggest to print equipment catalog, cards, or tags with bar codes. You can keep them close to your checking in and checking out station. You can verify the item by name or image and scan the number from the catalog pages.
On the Label Type page (1) click Specialized (2), select "Catalog, 1 x 4" label/catalog template. Click Quick Preview to review the changes (5).
On the Fields page select data fields to be included in the catalog report. The following equipment data fields are selected: barcode, item name, image. Click on the IMAGE and set the picture width. Click Quick Preview (2) to review the changes.
On the Body page (1) define data display settings (font type, size, content margins) (2). Click Quick Preview (3) to review the changes.
On the Barcode page (1) select BARCODE in the Bar Code Field box. Select Code39 in the Bar Code Type box. Click Quick Preview (3) to review the changes.
