Email Setup: Configure SMTP Settings for Sending Emails

This page serves as a reference for the Email Settings fields found in the Options menu, including the SMTP server address, port number, From address, Reply To address, and optional sign-on text. It also provides links to specific setup guides for Office365 and Gmail, offering step-by-step instructions for configuring your credentials.

SMTP Server Address: this is your email host for sending out email messages; see your main email client software for the correct SMTP Server Address.
Port: enter your email port, it's usually 25.
From Address: your full email address e.g. your-name@you-email-server.com .
Reply To: your return email address (you can leave it blank) .
Signon Text: this is optional, enter only if HELLO command is required.
