1. To change inventory item display click View list and select another view file.

1. View files define how data is displayed. They are html files. Data fields are represented by special keywords.
2. View files for Inventory table are listed in the following folder:
   C:\handy_et\data\db\view\inventory\

1. Save the file in the inventory view folder:
   C:\handy_et\data\db\view\inventory\
2. You can use this file to define customized view.
3. Open the file in the Notepad application.

1. The first part includes lines that define font type, size, color, ... for data field labels and data content.

1. The second part defines inventory main data. All data fields are included. One line represents one field.

1. The third part defines item copy information. All copy data fields are included. One line represents one field.

1. Review the allfieldsincluded.txt file in the Notepad application.
2. Click File/Save As, enter MyView.htm into the File Name box, and click Save.

• Open myview.htm file in the Notepad.
• Find lines that represent data fields that you don't want to display. Select the whole line and click delete.
• You can also use copy/paste feature and change the lines order.

1. There are 5 lines (main inventory part): ITEM_NAME, TYPE, CATEGORY, STORAGE, IMAGE.
2. There are 2 lines (item copy part): BARCODE, DATE_ADDED.
