Handy Equipment/Tool Tracking synchronize feature verifies integrity of the loan transactions with the loan status data field of the item record in the equipment main catalog table.
On the Maintenance tab, click Synchronize Loans.
Handy Equipment/Tool Tracking verifies if the loan transactions in the Loans table and Loan Status field in the main catalog are correct. In the case of discrepancies this features synchronizes the data.
Y: item is loaned.
N: item is not loaned.
Empty: item was never checked out.
