Effective way to store and organize high volume dvd library.

Our in-house production team is looking for an effective way to store and organize the high volume of DVDs that they have produced over the years. I have been doing research and have narrowed it down to both Handy Library Manager and Movie Organizer Advantage.

My primary concern is that many of the cataloging and database software seems to be geared toward private DVD collections. For our purposes, the software would be used for DVD projects shot and produced by our production team. I just want to make sure that we will get the most use out of this program. Each project consist of multiple versions, some pre-edited and others are master copies. Will we be able to effectively store and label these on your software? What about blu-ray discs? Also we will have multiple users, will they all have equal access to the database? Is there a way to track who has a specific DVD at any given time? Also what is your maximum storage capacity? Would I be correct in assuming that it runs on Windows and there is no additional software or hardware that needs to be purchased? What is the difference between the advantage and the handy edition? Which would you recommend for our purposes?

Handy Library Manager offers comprehensive features for library management, including circulation, copy management, and borrower management. Organizer Advantage provides a flexible database for movie inventory. Both programs excel in label printing capabilities. Our software is compatible with Windows network systems.

Handy Library Manager allows you to track which DVDs are checked out to specific individuals and facilitates check-out and check-in transactions. I highly recommend trying Handy Library Manager for managing your DVD library.
