Hello, we are a small non-profit, educational organization in NYC and we are looking to upgrade the way we have been keeping track of our library. Our library houses approximately 1400 entries, between books, videos and articles. I am looking at both your Book Organizer Advantage and your Handy Library Manager. It seems to me that maybe the former is enough for what we do, but I am not sure. Maybe we could arrange a time to talk to one of your representatives and present the particularities or our situation so you can recommend what will work best for us. In the meantime, I do have some basic questions that maybe someone can help answer:

1. Our current library uses a bibliography software called EndNotes. It can export in the following formats: .txt, .rtf, .htm, and .xml. Will we be able to import our database to any of these two book library softwares?

2. We often have more than one copy of a book. Is there a field for number of copies, or can we create one? And, will the copies field be connected to the check out manager, so that we can keep track of which copies are out and which are in?

3. Can we use an ISBN barcode scanner for both softwares to add content to the database? Can we manually enter articles, books and videos that do not have ISBN barcodes or numbers? Is the internet search for information an automatic feature or is it an extra step in collecting information?
