Small institution library, question on pricing and features.

system: Windows 7

Question: I am the librarian in a small institutional library. I need this system on 4 computers which are networked. We need to be able to simultaneously utilize the program on those 4 computers located in the same room. We will also be ordering Search utility (OPAC), Search utility license type 1 and tech support for 1 year. This will be on an "intranet system" with no access to internet. (prison library). Our collection is approx 15000 items and patron population is around 400 individuals however circulations are heavy (prison). The library is in a 1 room location with 4 inmate clerks utilizing a connected folder to operate the library program. (ie. one clerk may be cataloguing while one is checking out items or researching within our library system. None of the computers have internet connection. The computers do need to be accessing the same data at the same time though. Same operating system. Does this product allow for inventory? I am not seeing it in report capabilities. Also circulation statistics? Checkout stats? Patron Histories?
