Church library researching cataloguing products.

I'm researching cataloging products to see what will support our church library best. I'm interested in know more about Handy Library Manager. I see there is a onetime purchase option for $345 but I also something about a discount for churches can you explain that service? How much server space does one need for a handy library manager. can the cd be used to load the program on multiple laptops so more than one person can search the catalog or do you load the program on one laptop only? Does the service provide automatic catalog information if the library has the ISBN?

We offer discount for schools, churches, non-profits who are interested in buying the network version. The unlimited network license for non-profit: software (345), network (200), support(59.95, optional); total is 604.95. Network allows to install the software on the server and client computers within your local network configuration (not over the Internet).
You need about 60MB - 80MB of free space (20,000 items), depends on the size of your library collection.
Program has to be installed on the computer with Windows, you cannot run the software from the CD.
You can install the software on several computers, you will have to transfer library data to each computer (backup/restore).
You can autocatalog with ISBN.

I have been trying out HLM and may be interested in purchasing it for my church library. I see where to select the license type on the "Buy Now" page, but could you please explain the different license types in detail? I see that there is a special offer for church libraries. What is included in an "unlimited one location license (includes network license)"? Is the cloud license totally web-based, or does it require a local server?

The cloud version requires Windows Web Server computer.
