We are currently evaluating your library system and have some questions about the overdues/renewal management and fines. I have set a very short due date of two days to allow us to evaluate easily. When a book is a day overdue and I renew it, it only appears to be renewed for two days from the date it was first due back, rather than from todays date. Is there anyway of changing this?
Fines only appear to be calculated once items are returned, not if they are overdue. Is there any way of changing this?
Can you limit how many times an item can be renewed?
Another question we have: can you limit the no. of items borrowed in the auto processing mode? We have a borrowing limit of 15 items, but in auto processing mode, it just keeps checking out.

Renew features is improved and offers additional option that allows to calculate a new due back day from the today’s date.
I am not sure if this is the feature that you are looking for: please open Options, click Fine Options, select "Use Future Fines".
"Can you limit how many times an item can be renewed?" Sorry, this feature is not supported, if we receive more similar request we will add it to our software. I would like to mention that our system is the most affordable library software on the market with all library features.
