How to access library on several computers? What is the limit?

1. Does each library that is created allow 20,000 titles? Or is there a limit for the entire database? In other words is there a item limit for each section/library I create within my overall library?
2. If I select 1 user, 5 PCs, will the data update itself whenever I log into each PC. For example, I enter data on PC1 and then later want to review the data on PC2, will it contain the same items? Or do I have to move data each time I add new data?
3. We are a not-for-profit 501 C 3. We have a library that contains around 40,000 books. It is currently in card catalogs. We are in the process of entering the books into the Handy Library Manager. I installed the trial version and so far it is working great. But it would be nice for two or even three of us to be keying in books into the same library, at the same time. We have a lot to do... and I have brought in temps just to help with this project (as we have to also move the library to a new physical location.) After the initial entry, there will be only one user. What is the best option for us? Please advise. We do have a server and are looking into upgrading to Windows 10? Thank you!

1. There is no limit on the number of items you can enter into the system. (maximum number of items)
2. Our application installs on the Windows PC. When data is entered on PC 1, it stays on this computer. Another computers do not have access to this data. The PC2 would have access to data on PC 1 in the following: the PC 1 is a server computer and has the server version of our software, the PC 2 is connected to the PC 1 and runs the client Handy Library that read data stored on the PC 1.
3. The best way to manage entries from multiple computers is to install the software on the network. In this case data is stored centrally on the server and is accessed from all client computers connected with the server (604.95). We also offer Organizer Advantage database manager, this is extra application, special version offers library catalog database. Users can use this software to enter library items, later data can be transferred into Handy Library Manager. This topic explain the whole procedure.
