Handy Library Manager regular version does not support remote access. There is a cloud version of the software. The cloud version has to be installed on the Web Server Computer (supports access to the application over the web). The cloud version costs $650 more than regular version. If the data entry is processed when library is closed we suggest to do the following: run backup of the library on the library computer; transfer backup data to home computer; after data entry library database has to be transferred back to the library computer. Our software supports easy backup and restore of the library database.
Our library software lets you create multiple libraries. You can manage inventory items in the new library. There is a better solution. We suggest using our Handy E-T Manager, which offers a better data format for tracking inventories. With the purchase of Handy we offer our equipment/tool software for free.
