Handy Library Manager  application for Windows

Handy Library Manager is almost exactly in the format I had envisioned the system to work as I can see on my desktop the icon for self circulation and searching. Was wondering whether the Handy Library Manager could:
- be accessed from home so that I could do the database maintenance (add, edit items and borrowers) etc without being physically present at the church?
- in the event the church wants to start putting their inventory items into a data base format, could you set up a new library in the Handy Library Manager for this purpose?

Handy Library Manager regular version does not support remote access. There is a cloud version of the software. The cloud version has to be installed on the Web Server Computer (supports access to the application over the web). The cloud version costs $650 more than regular version. If the data entry is processed when library is closed we suggest to do the following: run backup of the library on the library computer; transfer backup data to home computer; after data entry library database has to be transferred back to the library computer. Our software supports easy backup and restore of the library database.

Our library software lets you create multiple libraries. You can manage inventory items in the new library. There is a better solution. We suggest to use our Handy E-T Manager, it offers better data format for tracking inventories. With the purchase of Handy we offer our equipment/tool software for free.

We are a church with a small library, but with books shelved on two different floors. Does the license cover more than one computer? 2. If we download the free trial version, can we merge the data we've entered later on when we get the original version?
