How to stop anyone from opening the library software?

Just wanted to thank you for all the help you have been over the past several months. We are finally ready to purchase the software and launch our church library. I noticed that there is really no security to stop anyone from opening the library software. Is there a way to assign admins with their own passwords?

I was wondering if there is an easy way for our church members to check out books by themselves and not have access to the entire library database? Will the CHECK IN/OUT module be the way to go? If so, how do I get that added to our Small Library Pro Organizer program?

Patrons will use the check-out module which is okay but we do not want them to have access to the main databases.

How to define passwords for library administrator and library modules? How to allow church members to check out books by themselves?
