How to transfer data, what would be the cost, and more questions from Social Services Institutions?

Our social services institutions is thinking about purchasing your product. I have a few questions. We will be switching from old system.
- Can we upload the information to PrimaSoft product?
- Can we track the original price of the book and is there is a "location" place for the books? Meaning, if we wanted to find a book on our shelf can we add the location of where the book is filed, i.e.. Children's or Parenting?
- Can we scan the ISBN?
- Is PrimaSoft a one-time cost, or is there a subscription that needs to be renewed annually?
- What is the difference between Small Library Pro and Handy Library manager? - Can you check books in and out; and track by who the books were lent to?


In order to upload your data into our system you have to export your data from the old application to one of the following formats: spreadsheet file (excel), text delimited file, MARC file. Our program support import from those files. You can send the file to us, we provide free library data transfer service.

You can track original price of the book, location. There are about 50 data fields for storing you book data.

Handy Library Manager is a one-time cost.

What is the difference between Small Library Pro and Handy Library manager?

There is excellent check in and check out feature, you can easily review who has a book, is a book over due, when a book was loaned out, and more.
