Can you recommend a simple library control database that is NOT web-based, and can be installed from CDROM, and NOT downloaded? Do you accept purchase orders?

There are many institutions that decided to manage their prison or correctional library with Handy Library Manager for Windows. You can install our software from the CDROM on computers with Windows operating system. To run the program you do not need the Internet. There is a separate module (free, included on the CDROM) that provides flexible library member search from desktop computers (no internet access required).

Our software could be downloaded from our site or we mail CDROM to the address provided on the purchase or order form. We accept purchase orders. You can email po in the pdf form (or other format) to our support email address.

We also do not have Internet access on these machines because inmates cannot have any online access. So, how is the software delivered? We would need CD and a way for the updates to be delivered as well since we are not able to go online.
