Prison Library: PRISON LIBRARY SOFTWARE - transfer library information

I am working with a small prison resource center. We have downloaded the free trial and are finishing up testing it's compatibility with our needs. We have very much enjoyed the ease of access that Handy Library Manager provides. I anticipate us purchasing the HLM soon. My question is: Is it possible to transfer information that we put into the free trial version into the purchased version? Is it possible to transfer information from our office computer to the prison library computer?

Data transfer from one computer (A) to another computer (B) is simple: run backup procedure on computer A, a backup database is stored in the backup folder, move the backup file using memory USB stick or send email with the attachment, on the destination computer (B) save the file in the corresponding backup folder, start library software and to transfer library information run Restore.

Our Jail library has over 3000 books. The books are on the shelf now in alphabetic order. I would like for your software to match that system of have a better way for us to locate them on the shelf. The software we are currently using is Book Collector. I was looking at your Handy Library Manager, Prison Book Libraries Option 2. I will also need a quote.

We can help with the data transfer. You can also export data from your software and then import into our system. Our system supports sorting by any field (alphabetical order), we suggest to enter call numbers/characters into the CALL data field and print spine labels. It will help to organize your books in the library.
