The reservation warning window is displayed when the item is checked out and there is at least one reservation for this item.

If the item is checked out by the member who reserved the item. The item is automatically selected (1).

Verify other reservations and select them if necessary (old reservation, cancelled reservation). Select the action type (2) and click Continue to process.

Handy Library Manager provides a lot of flexibility in the way how you process reservations. You can check out items to members who are not at the beginning of the reservation list.
