How can you check the reservations for items or borrowers?

In Reservation mode and other circulation modes, you can verify the status of either an item or a borrower. The examples below explain how to read the information in the Circulation window.

Please scan or enter the patron's barcode number, or select manually from the borrower selection box.

In the Reservation-Borrower tab, it shows that this borrower has 4 reservations. Out of these, 1 reservation is currently active.

Next, please scan or enter the item's barcode number, or select manually from the item selection box.

In the Reservation-Item tab, it indicates that there are 2 reservations for this item.

The Active-Loans tab shows that the item is not currently checked out and is available in the library.

If someone wants to reserve the item, they may want to know the approximate waiting time. Since there are two reservations and the default loan period (as set in Options/Loan Options) is 14 days, the item will likely be unavailable for approximately 28 days.
