Book Web Search Options
Our program simplifies the process of cataloging book data by providing several efficient search scripts. These scripts allow users to automatically gather and organize information directly from the web, saving time and effort in managing your library.
To customize your search experience, you can set your preferences in the Search Options window:
- Search Until Found
- Search All Selected Sites
- Search Order
These options only apply to the ISBN search type. When you use the Add Item window in the library's main catalog, it will use the same search options.
On the Add Items/Borrowers (1) tab, click Add Library Items (2), then click Auto Catalog (3).
In the Add Records From The Internet window click Options.
To change the order select the site (1) and click Move Up or Move Down (2).
Set Search Until Found, the search will stop after the first successful result.
Set Search All Selected Sites, the search will try to find the item at all selected sites.
