How to transfer library data from Media Library Manager to Handy Library Manager?

We currently use Media Library Manager by RCL Software. Once before we tried to go to another software program but each book would have to be entered individually. We are a small school (350 students) and have about 12,000 books. My question is about converting over to your program.

Please review the export features in the Media Library Manager: MARC file, text delimited file, spreadsheet file type (Excel), ...
If we receive your file we can review it and try to transfer to our Handy Library System. Our software support import from MARC, spreadsheet, formatted text files.
