Are there any limits on the number of library borrowers that we can enter into your system?

Q1: We are currently using application for our Lending Library with over 3,000 items but it has a limited number of contacts that you can have at one time. Sometimes we have 150-200 contacts that we add for the semester depending upon the number of faculty and students who need to check items out. With the current system it seems once we reached a certain number that it changed all their names to "no name" and created a mess.
Q2: We have already created our own bar codes which we use our hand scanner on and coded thousands of items so do not want to have to start from scratch again. Will Handy Library Mgr work with our existing barcodes?
Q3: Can we import our existing library from Delicious or Excel to Handy Library?
Q4: Do we get automatic updates or is this something we have to pay for? Also how much does it cost for email support?

A1: There are no limits to the number of records. You can enter as many library items and as many borrowers as you want.
A2: You can use already created bar codes.
A3: You can import data into our system from your spreadsheets (Excel)
A4: Automatic updates are supported. Updates within the same version number are free.
