Theological college looking for an easy to use library system.

I have been researching Library software for our Bible College and am really looking to buy in the next few weeks! I like your products and they seem to be what we need. I am not a librarian and am not extremely familiar with what all is needed in our library, but am learning! I have narrowed down my choices and am still not sure what best fits our needs. Either the Handy Library Manager or the Church Library Organizer Pro. What are the primary differences? I am trying to keep the cost down, but don't want to forgo features that we may need.

Primarily we need to log our small library, have an easy way to check books in and out (have volunteer students who do this), have a way to track books that are checked out, be able to add books via ISBN number on the internet, we do have a scanner that we purchased so I hope it will work to scan in the books, and we only need the software to run on one computer in the library.

I will download both of the software packages today at the school and try to take a look at them and see the differences, but would love your input. I also see that both come with an optional support of 60.00 a year? Is that support via email only or also phone or computer chat? Evangelical Theological College

Download and try Handy Library Manager. All features mentioned in your request are implemented. Inexperienced library administrators will find the application easy to learn. Handy Library Manager cost $100 more than Church Library Organizer Pro. Compare library systems.

Handy Library Manager supports easy check books in and out (no problem for volunteers to run this feature. Manage Loans windows tracks books that are checked out. You can add books via ISBN number and the Internet. All basic scanners are supported.

Support is provided via email and the cost is 59.95 per year. There is a web section with many help topics. New topics are added every month.
